I understand there are certain inherent dangers in playing tennis, taking tennis lessons, and being physically present at DTC LLC lessons, including the risk of personal injury, death or property damage. Although particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist. In consideration of my child/children being allowed to participate in any programs offered by DTC LLC, doing business as The Houston Tennis Connection LLC ("hereinafter DTC LLC"), I do hereby waive, release and forever discharge (a) DTC LLC, its members, officers, agents, servants, employees, representatives, executors, or any other persons or entities connected with it; and (b) DTC, its members, officers, agents, servants, employees, representatives, executors, or any other persons or entities connected with it, from any and all responsibility or liability for injuries, loss, damage or death resulting from participation in any DTC LLC programs.
